Casa del Sol Clubhouse follows a self-help rehabilitation model that promotes member empowerment through education, training, involvement, and support. At Casa del Sol, we encourage recreation, education, vocational training and support to all those who become members. There are three major components to our program:

  • Social Rehabilitation
  • Self Help
  • Pre-Vocational Training

General Description

Program Coordinator supports the Program Director with the responsibilities of managing all aspects of program operations, including administrative duties. This may include, but is not limited to, service delivery, contract compliance, personnel management, program development, quality assurance and improvement, facility maintenance, and compliance with CRF's policies and procedures. This person works in conjunction with membership, other paraprofessional staff, and the Director. The individual must be available to work daytime and some evening shifts at our Vocational PETCO Department. Familiarity with ICCD clubhouse model is essential and knowledge of CRF's policies and procedures is strongly encouraged.

Qualifications/Skills Requirements

Bachelor's level or at least 2 year of experience working in the mental health field.   Must be bilingual and have Valid Driver's License in good standing. Preference will be given to Mental Health consumers or family members of mental health consumers.
